Coy Luther "Luke" Perry III (October 11, 1966 – March 4, 2019), known professionally as Luke Perry, was an American actor.

He portrayed Fred Andrews on the first and second seasons of Riverdale.

  • On Wednesday, February 27, 2019, Perry suffered a massive stroke at his home in Sherman Oaks, California. He passed away due to complications on March 4 at the age of 52.[1]
  • Perry appeared in a voice role portraying himself in a 1993 episode of The Simpsons and a 2000 episode of Family Guy.
